Founded in 1998 with a vision for how to thrive in a culturally diverse marketplace, MV has always had one purpose: to help clients achieve results by creating marketing that matters. We’ve worked with over 200 organizations and brands across countless industries to gain a deeper understanding of what matters to people and create solutions designed around their needs.

In this age of disruption, marketing must go beyond pushing out content to reach people, it must engage the right audiences in a shared purpose with the brand. To keep brands relevant and growing, we design shared experiences that involve consumers in the innovation and evolution of the brand.

The MV approach has evolved with new technology and tools, but the focus on achieving outcomes (sales, behavior change, sign-up, registration, participation, etc.) has remained the same. Today, more than ever, brands will not succeed if they simply push out messages; they must engage with people in meaningful ways and involve them in the story of the brand. Our work has always been focused on putting the consumer at the center of design and then creating brand experiences that involve them, constantly learning and iterating based on results.

Former leader at The Coca-Cola Company and Stroh's Beer before that, Bonnie has successfully transferred her skills as a corporate leader into a creative pioneer who continues to inspire clients, team members, students, peers, community leaders, friends, family and just about everyone she comes in contact with. Conventional thinking is not her thing. Passion and the desire to innovate are what drives Bonnie. Who else would have given Selena her first big shot, or helped make Coke the #1 brand for Hispanics in the U.S., or created legendary Halloween celebrations that MarketVision is known for. Bonnie is one-of-a-kind, no doubt about it.

Luis Garcia

PRESIDENT & LEAD STRATEGIST

Luis gets his energy from start-ups and strategy, and loves to combine the two. He calls the process cross-pollinating – taking what he has learned from different industries, business models, brands, product angles and consumer offers, figuring out which elements might work to meet a new marketing challenge, and then helping clients connect the dots to a strategy. He’s had a lot of experience doing just that, from helping to elect a President with a record Hispanic vote, to designing a life-saving CDC Zika emergency response effort, to inspiring innovation for mature brands, new products and start-up businesses. Luis keeps the team focused on being culture champions who inspire innovation every day. A Gen-Xer with a healthy suspicion of technology, he’s not really into texting, tweeting, or tagging... just give him a call or meet him at one of his favorite local cafes!

Constantly growing and evolving, challenging each other, but never losing our love and respect for one another, working hard with a sense of pride in our work and something to prove, never settling, helping each other, and never giving up -- just like any good Latino family. The life and blood of MV are the people, past and present, who have given their time and talent, interest and intellect. A team that has proven itself countless times and come through for clients at every turn. We all know that marketing is a people business and at the end of the day what makes MV successful is our people.

Twenty years young, with much more to do.

We made it past the first 5, proved them wrong by reaching 10, celebrated our Quinceañera in style, and had a Día de Los Muertos fest for our 20th. We’ve accomplished a lot and learned even more over the past 20 years. We’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious organizations like Coca-Cola, USAA, CDC, General Mills, Mondelez, Fischer Price, Hershey, Smucker’s, FCA, United Airlines, MassMutual among others. We’ve created best in class campaigns for major sporting events and holidays, which included World Cup Passion 10 for Miller Lite and Coca-Cola BE campaign for Black History Month. We’ve celebrated milestone events with our clients like the Fisher-Price 75th Anniversary, where we launched and executed a national tour of Giant Play Pens across the country. We’ve helped clients innovate new products, services and ways of engaging people by understanding culture and realizing the value of diversity. But most importantly, we have formed partnerships and friendships with some of the most talented people in our industry! So, what's next? That's the exciting part. Our desire to keep evolving, learning, improving, growing, teaching, celebrating, enjoying... will continue to fuel our passion and inspire great work.
